These Terms govern the use of the Luter application.

1. Service owner

Luter is operated by:

2. Description of the service

Luter is a productivity and work-organization application that includes tools for task management, planning, calendar, email, clients, and related features.

3. Accounts

The user is responsible for:

  • the use of their own account;
  • the accuracy of the information provided;
  • the security of their own access credentials;
  • activity carried out through their account, except for unauthorized use not attributable to the user.

4. Permitted use

It is prohibited to:

  • use the service for unlawful activities;
  • compromise or attempt to compromise the security of the application;
  • access data or accounts without authorization;
  • distribute malware or harmful content;
  • interfere with the normal operation of the service;
  • use the Google or Microsoft integrations in violation of their respective terms.

5. Third-party integrations

Luter may integrate with services such as:

  • Gmail;
  • Google Calendar;
  • Outlook Email;
  • Outlook Calendar.

Use of these services also remains subject to the terms of their respective providers.

6. Authorizations

Integrations are activated when the user grants the necessary authorizations.

Revoking these authorizations may prevent the related features from working.

7. User data

The user retains rights over the data and content entered into Luter.

The operator receives only the authorizations technically necessary to provide the service.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Luter, the software, the name, the logo, the interface, and other proprietary assets are protected under applicable law, without prejudice to any rights belonging to third parties.

Open-source libraries and components remain subject to their respective licenses.

9. Availability

Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, technical issues, security incidents, unavailability of third-party services, or events of force majeure.

10. Changes to the service

Luter may be modified, updated, or evolved over time.

Features may be added, changed, or removed for technical, operational, security, or business reasons.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Luter is provided without warranty of fitness for any specific professional or operational need of the user.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Third-party services

The operation of Luter may depend on services such as Google, Microsoft, Supabase, and Vercel.

Any interruption or change to these services may affect the related features.

13. Suspension or closure of the account

An account may be suspended in the event of:

  • violation of these Terms;
  • fraudulent or unlawful use;
  • security risk;
  • abuse of the service.

14. Transfer of the service

The ownership and management of Luter may be transferred to another party as part of a sale, acquisition, or other business transaction.

15. Governing law

The applicable law and any competent court will be specified in the final version of these Terms, depending on the service's owner and business model.

16. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect regulatory, technical, or operational changes.

The updated version will show the date of the last revision.
